Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Noventis 26 Ltd trading as Cuebrix Group (“Cuebrix”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit cuebrix.group.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites may place on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device when you visit them.

Cookies and similar technologies can be used to make websites function properly, maintain security, remember user preferences, understand how websites are used and provide certain website features.

Some cookies remain on your device only for the duration of your browsing session, while others may remain for a longer period.

2. How we use cookies

Cuebrix uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary to:

  • operate and secure our website;
  • protect website forms against spam, automated submissions and malicious activity;
  • remember your cookie preferences;
  • enable website functionality; and
  • where applicable and with your permission, understand how visitors interact with our website.

We do not use cookies to make recruitment decisions about candidates.

3. Types of cookies we may use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies and similar technologies are required for the website to function securely and correctly.

They may be used for purposes such as:

  • website security;
  • spam and bot protection;
  • maintaining website functionality;
  • remembering your cookie-consent choices; and
  • protecting forms and website services.

Because these technologies are necessary for the operation or security of the website, they may not require your consent where an applicable legal exemption applies.

You may still be able to block these technologies using your browser settings, although doing so may cause parts of the website to stop working correctly.

Preference cookies

Preference cookies allow the website to remember choices you make, such as cookie-consent settings or other website preferences.

Where consent is legally required, these cookies will only be used after you have provided it.

Analytics cookies

We may use analytics technologies to help us understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited and how users navigate through the site.

Where analytics technologies require consent, they will not be activated until you have chosen to accept them.

If we introduce or change our analytics providers, this Cookie Policy and our cookie-management system will be updated accordingly.

Marketing cookies

Cuebrix does not currently intend to use cookies for behavioural advertising unless this is clearly disclosed and appropriate consent has been obtained.

If we introduce advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls before those technologies are activated.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain areas of our website, including website forms, to help protect Cuebrix Group against spam, bots, automated submissions, abuse and malicious activity.

Turnstile operates in the background and may process limited technical information relating to your device and connection in order to assess whether website activity originates from a legitimate user or an automated system.

This may include technical signals such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and user-agent information;
  • device and connection characteristics; and
  • information relating to the website or page being accessed.

Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes information for website security and bot-detection purposes and does not access the information you type into Cuebrix forms as part of the Turnstile service.

Cuebrix does not use Turnstile information for advertising, candidate profiling or recruitment decision-making.

For more information about Cloudflare Turnstile and its privacy practices, please see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. Cookie consent

When you first visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie notice allowing you to manage your preferences.

Where your consent is required, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will not be activated until you choose to accept them.

You can choose to:

  • accept permitted cookies;
  • reject non-essential cookies; or
  • manage your preferences by cookie category.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings available on our website.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
